The Banksia is classed as a moveable dwelling and can be supplied with or without a trailer, depending on your intended setup and requirements.

While the trailer option can assist with compliance and placement, the Banksia is not designed for frequent travel due to its size and weight. Instead, it’s best suited as a semi-permanent living solution, ideal for private property, off-grid setups, or as a secondary dwelling where flexibility is key.
